What Is Happening Within Your Body While You Exercise

Endorphins inhibit pain signals and create an energized and euphoric feeling, while serotonin helps regulate mood, appetite, blood clotting, sleep and the body’s circadian rhythm. This in turn helps manage and prevent the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack and stroke. A study revealed that working out may help prevent and delay the onset of dementia and cognitive impairment in older adults.

My journey with movement started long time ago from pursuing contemporary dance for nearly 15 years, which gave me great understanding of human body both physical and its correlation with our mind. This connection Body&Mind is incredibly important considering the fact, that our mind/thoughts are mostly the reason why we decide to pursue or quit on workout, it is mind that plays tricks on us when we are tired or not in mood, that is why is so important to keep your goals clear and strong in your head so body can follow – and I am here to make sure you will stay on that track. I have gained my qualifications 10 years ago and fitness became my huge passion and lifestyle ever since. Outdoor: Local Parks and Gardens

I offer individual one to one sessions as well as groups up to 5 people. During Training we use body and free weights, combining cardio and strength training in a fun, engaging way. PT sessions take place in local parks and gardens on fresh air for extra oxygen supply😉

Weight Loss/ sculpture and toning

Despite of your goal, either you want to lose some extra pounds or toned up, my sessions are perfect for you! We will do high intensity interval training combining cardio workout with strength one. It will make you sweat and smile at the same time! We will use body weight/ free weights/ resistance bands/ skipping rope during our workout to help us achieve that ultimate goal of yours.

Postnatal Training for all new Mums!

Postnatal sessions for all new mums who wants to get back in shape, get fitter, healthier and feel better in their own body. Mums are welcome to bring their little one with them and exercise together, take as many breaks as needed for changing, feeding or a little cuddle🙂
